Civils and Groundworks companies across South Wales are being encouraged to utilise funding available to the industries through CITB and contact ARC Academy UK, Wales’s leading training provider across Plant & Civils and Railways.
ARC is proud to announce it is officially a CITB Apprenticeship provider in South Wales and is appealing with local companies to contact ARC’s Apprenticeship division in order to benefit from funded training packages available to new recruits.
Employers can claim back approximately 6k per apprentice via their levy; in addition to this, ARC Academy offer funded training to consist of cherry-picked courses to meet the demands of up and coming projects.
“This is a great opportunity for employers to build and enhance their workforce, train new blood into the industry, whilst also utilising their CITB levy. ARC Apprentices will be matched to a company’s project needs, arming companies with a new workforce provided with accredited training and qualifications.” Antony Richardson, Director of ARC Group says.
Consultation is available from ARC Academy UK to discuss eligibility and what tailored options are available to companies across South Wales. Contact April Gilson, Partnership Development Manager:
