Job Title: Medical Telesales/Admin Assistant
Salary: £16,500.00 per annum
Location: Treforest Industrial Estate, Nr. Cardiff

Our Drug & Alcohol testing services are highly regarded - we are considered as one of the leading companies in the UK.
Your role will involve taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls, selling a variety of medical services - this will involve working with new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for the full process of booking and facilitating appointments.
We are looking for individuals willing to do whatever it takes to hit targets and get the business in.
What we expect from you:
· Sales experience is advantageous
· Willingness to learn
· An excellent telephone manner
· Confidence in speaking to clients on the telephone
· An ability to be able to articulate in a way people can understand
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
· A hunger to succeed
Responsibilities for the role will eventually lead you to:
· Identifying, attracting and onboarding new clients
· Generating new business and revenue
· Attending qualified sales appointments to sell Medical Services
· Preparing quotes
ARC believe in achieving a great work/life balance so, we work Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) and we do not work Weekends or Bank Holidays.
We have 20 days annual leave (rising to 25) plus Bank Holidays.
